At Microdot Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
